1- The promoter is Quotient Technology Ltd (company no. 7775437), owner of the Shopmium brand in the UK, whose registered office is at Unit F, 120 Weston St, London SE1 4GS.
2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Quotient Technology Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not allowed to enter.
3- The competition is open from 08:00 (BST) 16th June 2022 and closes at 23:59pm (BST) 30th June 2022.
4- Competition entry:
• You need to have downloaded the Shopmium app (free to download) and registered your account (free to create). If you are not already a Shopmium user, download the app from the App Store or Google Play and register your account.
• Participants must make at least one refund request (in-store or online)
between June 16, 2022 at 8:00 and June 30, 2022 at 23:59 to access a draw in the form of a scratch card within the app that will reveal if they have won a prize.
• Each refund request for in-store or online offers within the promotional period grants users to one scratch card. There is a maximum of 20 scratch cards for users with a Gold status and 15 scratch cards for users with Silver or Newbie status (status obtained via the Shopmium Club loyalty program)
• The prizes are available as soon as the cashback request is submitted, but the prize will only be available and fully revealed once the cashback request has been validated by Shopmium.
• To claim the scratch card and enter the prize draw, users must go to the "Step Into Summer" offer in the Shopmium app, click on "Scratch Now" and scratch the card displayed on its screen.
5- Each cashback request gives you one scratch card to win one of the following prizes. 35,200 prizes are available - prize list is as follows:

o 2,500 Gold Tickets for a chance to win Cornwall Coastal Escape worth £420 [1 winner]

o A free Skittles Fruit Bag 45G product to be unlocked in the Shopmium app [4,000 winners]
o A free Pom Bear Original Crisps (multipack x6) product to be unlocked in the Shopmium app [2,000 winners]
o A free M&M's Chocolate Pouch Bag 125g product to be unlocked in the Shopmium app [1,500 winners]
o £0.10 (ten pence) to be added to your referral credits in the Shopmium app [11,000 winners]
o £0.20 (twenty pence) to be added to your referral credits in the Shopmium app [6,500 winners]
o £0.30 (thirty pence) to be added to your referral credits in the Shopmium app [2,000 winners]
o £0.50 (fifty pence) to be added to your referral credits in the Shopmium app [800 winners]

6- Three random prize draws will be made among all those who received a "Gold Ticket" during the promotional period. There will be one draw for each Gold Ticket prize. A total of three participants will be selected as winners.
o The draw for the Gold Ticket “PJBL Flip 5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker” will be made on Thursday July 7, 2022 at 11:00 (BST)
o The draw for the Gold Ticket “Cornwall Coastal Escape” will be made on Thursday July 7, 2022 at 11:00 (BST)
o The draw for the Gold Ticket “Apple Airpods 3rd Generation” will be made on Thursday July 7, 2022 at 11:00 (BST)
7- Winners will be contacted within seven working days following the draw, confirming the prize won and how to claim it.
8- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner and pick an alternative.
9- Entries will only be accepted if they comply in full with the terms listed here.
10- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms & conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
