    Cashback is money refunded to you after buying featured products through the Shopmium grocery cashback app. It's either a fixed amount or a percentage of what you paid at the supermarket checkout.
    For example, if a shampoo costs £2 and Shopmium offers 50% cashback on groceries, you'll get £1 back to your Shopmium wallet. Once you reach £10, you can transfer your earnings directly to your bank account or PayPal – helping you save money on your food shop every week.

  • How do I claim cashback on my food shop?

    To claim cashback on groceries with the Shopmium grocery cashback app, buy eligible products at any UK supermarket, Click & Collect or online grocery delivery, and keep your receipt. Tap the piggy bank icon at the bottom of the screen, select "Request my cashback", then take a photo of your receipt and scan the product barcodes. Submit your claim and receive your grocery cashback once approved within 48 hours.

  • How do I create an account?

    You can download the free app and browse our offers without registering. However, to access certain features, such as requesting cashback, you will need to register and create an account. You can either use Facebook or Google Connect or register with your email address. Please note that you can only have one account per email address. From your profil you can add more informations such as you name, date of birth, payment method.

  • How will I get my cashback?

    Once your cashback is validated, the amount will be added to your Shopmium balance. You will need to accumulate at least £10 in your balance before you can withdraw it to your chosen bank or PayPal account. As soon as you reach the £10 threshold, you can withdraw your cashback. The withdrawal will be processed and visible in your account within an average of 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

  • How does the referral program work?

    Refer friends to the Shopmium grocery cashback app and earn £1 cashback for both of you once their first grocery cashback claim is approved.
